Went to to the Sinfin branch and the lady working there called Dee sorted me out, she was really friendly and helpful. Prior to this i was turned away from the city centre branch today as the guy was eating his lunch, even though the store remained open.
I phone SE battery- complaint about customer service:-Timpsons, Arleston lane, Sinfin, Derby. After reading the good reviews on here I went along to get a new battery for my I phone SE 2020 at the Sinfin , Derby branch . The middle aged man (clean shaven , short , dark hair) on duty on Sunday was unsmiling and surly. It has always been a great pleasure to deal with Dee at the Derby, Sinfin branch of Timpson's. I have been going there for a few years for passport photos and keys and in fact travel past two other Timpson stores as its where I receive the best service. On the 27th of June 2025 I was in awe as I watched Dee single handedly juggle with a car key issue that would not code, a customer who wanted to refine/edit their pictures, a lady coming back to collect keys and myself who wanted new keys to be cut. Really bad service at this store. BEWARE OF THE SAME DAY CANVAS OFFER. Went in on Saturday 30th for a same day canvas print out - the woman in the store told us it would not be possible to do this today but she could get this sorted tomorrow - okay fine and she said she would sort us out a discount and not to pay until collection due to not being able to get them that day. Very disappointed!! Iv had a few keys done here. The last 2 times the keys have snapped in my door. I have gone back and explained that the key had snapped and was charged again! I believe I should have had a free replacement as its the 2nd time its happened. Not happy at all😡
