Really bad service at this store. BEWARE OF THE SAME DAY CANVAS OFFER. Went in on Saturday 30th for a same day canvas print out - the woman in the store told us it would not be possible to do this today but she could get this sorted tomorrow - okay fine and she said she would sort us out a discount and not to pay until collection due to not being able to get them that day. It has always been a great pleasure to deal with Dee at the Derby, Sinfin branch of Timpson's. I have been going there for a few years for passport photos and keys and in fact travel past two other Timpson stores as its where I receive the best service. On the 27th of June 2025 I was in awe as I watched Dee single handedly juggle with a car key issue that would not code, a customer who wanted to refine/edit their pictures, a lady coming back to collect keys and myself who wanted new keys to be cut. We would like to compliment David who was temporarily at the Sinfin store although he usually works at the Wyvern We required help for a new battery in our car key as we couldn't get back into our car Nothing was too much trouble although it was a difficult task to remove part of the key to affix the new battery. It took at least 20 minutes but David never gave up even checking with us that all worked Thank you David ..you were a great help and definitely an asset to Timpsons Marjorie & Dave

Went earlier today 2nd Jan 2024. I needed to replace my watch battery. First time I've used this branch and it won't be the last. Dee served me, and we had a little chat here & there - which was nice. Job well-done. Set the time and date. All in all, great experience. Thank you
