I got a battery fitted in a watch. £10 isn't cheap but as i couldn't get the back off myself was ok paying it. Watch died 2 months later. I went back to get a new battery to be told £20. The Indian guy serving is a bit rude and very ignorant. You say hello and he doesn't even turn around to acknowledge you. You could be stood there 5 minutes being ignored.He completely denied charging me a tenner previous and insisted £20 was the cheapest option. Stay clear the guy at dudley branch tried to rip me off I went there today at around 4pm for two CR2450 battery's and the guy told me its £10 whereas a guy at another Timpsons branch beforehand told me its £5 for two but he hasn't got any left. I dont appreciate the attempt of getting ripped off.

Took two watches there and they came out brand new and they also did it with a smile and great conversation. I'm so happy with the service. Exactly what I needed

Wife took her gucci watch as the battery had died, collected it 20 mins later with acreciept stating watch tested and working. 2 mins later went back and told him the watch isnt working to which he replied watches can break anytime. So he either lied and didnt check it or lied and wrote checked om because he damaged it. I was going to get a car key done but will go elsewhere. Take your watches and keys to someone reputable. Now we will. Take the watch to a jeweller to get it fixed or a battery that works.
