I am writing to express my absolute outrage and deep dissatisfaction following an appalling experience at your store. I brought in my watch for a simple battery replacement, only to have it dropped and scratched by the store owner — who then had the audacity to deny responsibility and speak to me with utter contempt. At no point did he apologize for the damage he caused. Instead, he immediately and dismissively claimed that the scratch was there before he dropped it — an insulting and completely false accusation. I've used this store before for watch battery replacements and have always had a great experience. I didn't catch the name of the person who was there today, but he was so helpful and knowledgeable when I asked for advice on shoe repairs. It's a little bit further than my local Timpson but I'm happy to travel as I've always been so impressed with this branch. Thank you!

Had take my key back twice. Trying to get a refund at Timpson Lakeside today Sunday. And the operative has closed the shop at 14:20hrs? Shocking service.

Today was served by Zak who was very polite, kind and caring. He helped restore my daughters kickers- replaced the laces, put a new insole and gave it a good shine. The shoes looked amazing and brand new. I also put insoles in my daughters Nike Jordan trainers. Was very happy with the service and will return for all future shoe repairs. Thanks Zak you made my daughter’s day!
