NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME !!! Been a TIMPSON respectful customer since 19’ and today, NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME, got a unpleasant experience at their workshop. Took my watch for a strap replacement and arrows alignment. The worker said it’s a low battery issue (the battery has been replaced two months ago, got BATTERY LIFE on that) I’ve tried to explain, that the watch’s arrows doesn’t show properly exact on the digits. Just been to the lakeside branch there’s a guy tubby and ginger ish was very rude and standoff ish should not be working with in a retail environment. Spoke to me as if I was stupid and no manners I would hight suggest avoiding this place at all costs.

I am writing to express my absolute outrage and deep dissatisfaction following an appalling experience at your store. I brought in my watch for a simple battery replacement, only to have it dropped and scratched by the store owner — who then had the audacity to deny responsibility and speak to me with utter contempt. I've used this store before for watch battery replacements and have always had a great experience. I didn't catch the name of the person who was there today, but he was so helpful and knowledgeable when I asked for advice on shoe repairs. It's a little bit further than my local Timpson but I'm happy to travel as I've always been so impressed with this branch. Thank you!
