John & Charlie at the Egham branch were amazing. Lovely guys who advised and arranged for zips to be sewn into 2 of my late Mums cushions that she had painstakingly embroidered herself. Cost of £20 each was worth it for the sentimental value they hold for me. They had to send them off to install the zips and in less than 2 weeks were back & ready for collection. Disappointing to say least. Asked for my heels to be done same day. Even offered to pay more as it was an emergency for the next morning. Completely dismissed me and said was way too busy. I said would pay double. But still no. Really let down as always been good previously.

I always bring my shoes for repair here, but today I went in for a repair to my son’s watch. We needed a new spring to attach the strap, and he did it in less than a minute and didn’t charge me, and said it was only a small spring and not to worry. Fantastic customer service, thank you so much,

I took in a rubber watch strap to have it fitted. It turned out to be a little large, but with some jiggery / pokery they fitted it perfectly. Thank you very much guys.

Will only ever get my shoes repaired here. Have had another pair of shoes repaired here and Stacey is just wonderful and knows his job well. I think he is quite new to the store, transferred from another Timpson store, but so glad he's there as he has definitely brightened up the place with his outgoing personality and A-star service! Thank you!
