I visited the Timpson Heaton Park branch and came across James. I just wanted to say that James has exceptional customer service skills and is an absolute asset to the team. Every time I’ve been, he has been extremely helpful, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I now use this branch regularly purely because of James, even though it’s not my nearest location. Highly recommend!
