Big thanks to Corbyn for sorting us out with three office keys so quickly. He was able to cut custom keys without any fuss and made the whole process straightforward and efficient. Much appreciated.
After experiencing a problem with the lace hole and clip on a fairly new pair of boots, at least 3 shoe repair shops declined attempting a repair … fortunately the Manager at Melton was able to take a look and suggest what he could do. We went ahead and a great job was done at a sensible price .. Thanks!!
Called into the store with a key from my electric bikes battery. I was told it would cost £30 for a replacement key! All I needed was a spare key but not at ANY price!

Great customer service and lovely staff. Lady was working on 11/08/2024 We ordered a key that is not in common use, the member of staff ordered keys and contacted us when they was in stock. When we handed key within a minute both of the keys was cut. Please show the staff recognition for her excellent customer service
