Emily was brilliant -friendly and professional and fixed the zip on my little leather bag with a hand operated industrial sewing machine . An asset to the company worth more than 5 stars !
Walked to Timpsons on Saturday and the staff member was on a break from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. That’s a full hour break late in the day in a shop that’s only open 9am to 6pm. Not sure why a break needs to take up such a big chunk of the afternoon when the store is meant to be open and serving customers. Then I came back today (Christmas Eve) at 2pm and the same thing happened again. Sign said “on break until 2:10pm”. Fine, no problem, I had shopping to do in Tesco anyway. A massive thank you to CONNOR and PETER who gave me advise to get a nice small gift for my sister, brother in law (and his mum too!) The key ring they made was just perfect and I am sure my folks are gonna love it! It was done to perfection and the customer service was amazing! They also changed my car keys battery and showed me the option of a subscription so you pay a fee and then can repair battery for lifetime for free! I was so impressed with Timmons today. I just dropped off 3 pairs of shoes that needed some love to restore them, and couple mot believe the service. Peter was so helpful, friendly and professional. The pricing was a very pleasant surprise too. Highly recommend +++
Needed to get a new battery for my watch. Meredith was very helpful - even going as far as changing the battery, placing the back of the watch back on and setting the time for me. Awesome service 👍
