A massive thank you to CONNOR and PETER who gave me advise to get a nice small gift for my sister, brother in law (and his mum too!) The key ring they made was just perfect and I am sure my folks are gonna love it! It was done to perfection and the customer service was amazing! They also changed my car keys battery and showed me the option of a subscription so you pay a fee and then can repair battery for lifetime for free! Needed to get a new battery for my watch. Meredith was very helpful - even going as far as changing the battery, placing the back of the watch back on and setting the time for me. Awesome service 👍

I was so impressed with Timmons today. I just dropped off 3 pairs of shoes that needed some love to restore them, and couple mot believe the service. Peter was so helpful, friendly and professional. The pricing was a very pleasant surprise too. Highly recommend +++

Went to Timpson Addlestone with my TAG watch that hadn't worked for years. They removed the back of the watch checked battery which was dead, found a screw that was rattling around in the case and returned it to it's correct position. Watch now works perfectly. Great service thoroughly recommend.
