Bryan was incredibly helpful when I brought in a pair of suede sandals he helped to clean. He took time to explain how I should be cleaning them in the future and I really appreciated his time and advice- thank you so much.

Nothing like how the bag describes the business. “A family business run on the values of trust and kindness” Closed early, very rude staff. I haven’t ever been spoken to in a threatening manner before from any business. I’m not doing you favour by coming to your shop. I’ll never spend any more money in Timpsons. Poor quality of workmanship on the shoe repair to top it off.
