I visited on Sat 07 Feb to have the soles of my walking boots fixed as they were coming away. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and a really nice guy who was also extremely busy but he took me through what he would do and why - result. After finishing our small amount of shopping he was still snowed under so I arranged to collect the boots on Sunday as he is open 7 days a week! When I collected the boots he showed me what he had done and told me he had also added some staples in the sole to help. What a pleasant ... read more

Arrived at 3.10 Sunday to find person playing on phone and told she didn’t have time to reheal a pair of shoes. Wouldn’t let us leave them and told to come back tomorrow as the person in tomorrow could do them quicker which resulted in a further trip and time off work.
