Probably the worst service I've ever had in my life. The guy cut my keys all were wrong had metal filings everywhere very rude. Felt quite upset after to be honest. Went back the next day and he refused to sort the keys and give me a refund so unprofessional. On another note he was so unhygienic and smoking outside his office. If I could give zero stars I would oh even minus stars. One of the worst experiences of my life

Yesterday being 16th November, I have gone to their shop just by Sandbury in bridgend to cut a key. Unfortunately when I got home, the key wasn’t working. I drove 8miles there on Sunday to let the attendee know the key wasn’t working, he just ask me to give him the key he will get another one done for me, which I didn’t find anything wrong in that, but only to get home for the second time, this key didn’t even fit it, before leave I tried to double check with him he has cut the right key, he didn’t even want to pay attention... read more

Really poor service. Resole proce quoted at £65, changed to £70 without telling me. Shoe infrequently used (dress shoe) and hardly lasted 18months. Staff rude. My advice never use this service.

Dreadful service. I was talked into buying 6 keys for £30. Only 2 worked and after returning to the store 4 times for them to be altered I gave up and asked for my money back on the 4 faulty keys, only to be offered £12 refund. Never again will I go to any Timpson shop.
