I went with my G-Shock stainless steel Gst-b400. I had my watch light fixed and date and time correctly set. I went on Monday 27/10/25 at 11:45am. The only one staff were really friendly and welcoming and service was 10/10. The staff is highly experienced with watches, knows what they are doing and I would highly recommend.
Great service from Eddie at the Bletchley Tesco branch. I needed a motorcycle key cuttting which wasn't in stock. Eddie spend some time on the Timpson data base and couldn't find a match. Rather than accepting the situation and saying he was unable to help me, he spent even more time, trawling through old paper handbooks, manuals etc. He came up with the part code and was able to order 1 for me and a couple to keep in stock. Brill. Stuff. I took a pair of nice shoes in that had the heels absolutely shot to pieces and Eddie was an absolute legend; Building the damage up and replacing the heel base etc. The speed of the fix, the service and finished product are all five stars; Eddie is definitely six stars, so why only the four stars? I've dropped a star here because the cost was a surprise...I had in my mind ~£20 so when it came in at almost double that...It was a bit of a surprise! The key cutting and watch repair was spot on, no issues. I had problems with the dry cleaning service in terms of waiting time. The guy that worked there assured me that my clothes will be ready in 4 days, but they were not so I had to buy extra clothes. The silver lining is that Timpson paid me back for all the hassle(still not worth all the stress that I had to endure).
The worst experience I’ve ever had. I took my curtains to a dry cleaner — leaving aside the fact that they were returned a week later than promised and that I paid £120 for the service — one of the curtains came back just as dirty as it was before. I’m very disappointed and will never go back there again.
