Superb service today (2026-06-27). Needed a good quality watch strap, no time to wait. Was shown an excellent selection, chose one, paid in advance to collect later. Assistant was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and cheerful - I'm ashamed to say I never asked his name, I should have. Very happy with the customer service and the end product.
A copy of two regular keys costs £12 and £7. That's an unreasonable price. I copied them elsewhere for £1.50 per key, and I recommend you do the same.
I was shocked to be charged £19.95 for a single car key battery. I was in a rush and didn’t catch the price until after I tapped my card, and only then realized how overpriced it was. This kind of markup feels unreasonable and takes advantage of customers who need a quick fix. I won’t be returning for future purchases, and I’d recommend double-checking prices before buying anything here.

Astoundingly expensive £25 for a 12 ml watch strap ,obviously didn't pay and walked away !!
