Stellar service from Callum. Really recommend this place for watch services. Brought in a watch that needed repair Tuesday evening, Callum took a quick look and saw the movement was broken and said he'd need to order in the bits and he'd contact me, told would be a couple of days. Wednesday morning get a call that he had an extra look and got it working and I could collect it.
We called in with a key issue which was solved in minutes fantastic customer service and no charge thanks so much.
After coming from an interview, both the sole on my Stepfather's old shoes were coming off and needed gluing as I was walking home. The woman gladly helped, she was quick, friendly and most of all understanding. She helped me out and didn't charge me. I appreciate when something unexpected happens, Timpson are always there and available. Thank you so much, it made my day and (hopefully!) a good result at the end of a very positive interview. 😀 Oh and highly recommended!!! 👍
Met this amazing lady that’s been at Timpsons for a bit, cut a spare key for me in the space of a breath. It was sooo fast, an awesome service and I definitely support this as they’ve been around for quite some time.
