After coming from an interview, both the sole on my Stepfather's old shoes were coming off and needed gluing as I was walking home. The woman gladly helped, she was quick, friendly and most of all understanding. She helped me out and didn't charge me. I appreciate when something unexpected happens, Timpson are always there and available. Thank you so much, it made my day and (hopefully!) a good result at the end of a very positive interview. 😀 Oh and highly recommended!!! 👍
Absolutely saved my bacon a few weeks ago - my key had snapped in the door, but fortunately I was able to remove the snapped portion. Brought both pieces in - I don't think it even took the shopkeeper a minute to cut me a new key from them. I was very glad to be able to get into my home!
I went there a few minutes ago to get my shoes repaired, but the person in charge said he wasn't qualified to repair shoes. I honestly don't know how someone like that got hired.
Super fast service, I got my shoes back the next day I’m really happy with the work, I’d 100% recommend
I went in to get some holes punched into a couple pairs of shoes and the lady did it for free, great service thanks alot
