After coming from an interview, both the sole on my Stepfather's old shoes were coming off and needed gluing as I was walking home. The woman gladly helped, she was quick, friendly and most of all understanding. She helped me out and didn't charge me. I appreciate when something unexpected happens, Timpson are always there and available. Thank you so much, it made my day and (hopefully!) a good result at the end of a very positive interview. 😀 Oh and highly recommended!!! 👍
I went there a few minutes ago to get my shoes repaired, but the person in charge said he wasn't qualified to repair shoes. I honestly don't know how someone like that got hired.
Absolutely saved my bacon a few weeks ago - my key had snapped in the door, but fortunately I was able to remove the snapped portion. Brought both pieces in - I don't think it even took the shopkeeper a minute to cut me a new key from them. I was very glad to be able to get into my home!
I went there because someone has told me that they might be able to help me adjust my cross bag to match my height (just needed few holes in the strap to adjust it to my height). The employee there was nice and helpful (went on Saturday but forgot to ask for her name), done few holes and made me try it to see if it was good for my height then told me it was free of charge. Brilliant staff I must say! Wanted to post a review to thank the staff for their help!!
Super fast service, I got my shoes back the next day I’m really happy with the work, I’d 100% recommend
