I had a great experience at Timpson Shoe Repair at Tesco Chepstow. A big thanks to the young man Elliot that served me. He was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely keen to make sure everything was done properly on my boots heel repair. He took the time to explain the work clearly, offered helpful advice, and the quality of the repair was excellent as always. I’ve been meaning to get a spare key cut for my car for ages but was put off by the cost. Matthew did a great job, very quickly and efficiently, whilst I did a bit of shopping. Works great and was much cheaper than buying from the manufacturer.
