I had a great experience at Timpson Shoe Repair at Tesco Chepstow. A big thanks to the young man Elliot that served me. He was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely keen to make sure everything was done properly on my boots heel repair. He took the time to explain the work clearly, offered helpful advice, and the quality of the repair was excellent as always. It’s really refreshing to see such good customer service and pride in workmanship from this young man . A real credit to the business. 5 Star Thanks Jackie
