Sure enough, I picked up a great repair job on my boot heels after Timpsons first gluing attempt lasted only a couple of months. That's the great thing about Timpsons - their great guarantee. It's why you pay a little extra. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Fancy gluing in the height of summer with little ventilation or cooling. I salute them.
Had my Birkenstocks repaired here - new soles and they look good as new - they were really worn down and I thought they couldn’t be saved but they look brand new !! Didn’t take long at all and heather the lovely lady who works in there was so kind and took such good care of them !! Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing shoe repairs !!
absolute joke went in to ask how much it would cost 6 keys cut and he said he would do 3 for the price of 2 and chap said it cost £48 you must be having a laugh as the independent place in bexhill was £1.50 per key. the rudeness of the bloke behind the counter even said the reason why people have bent keys was they dont take them out straight like yeah im not stupid the original keys I had snapped and were cheaply made. anyway im happy with the cheaper alternative and now my keys dont bend
Got a child passport photo taken for my 4 month old, the application got rejected due to the photo not meeting standards, looked at the guidance booklet clearly states lie the baby down and take over the baby they didn’t do this instead used a cushion which they didnt position properly which showed on the photo background. I phoned in to tell them if they can redo said yes told them I was coming went in 20 mins later, turned up and they said their equipment is BROKEN absolute joke badly run. I took my very confortable sandals to mend, the young girl was very helpful and reassured me that it will get repaired. The next day she rang me and it was done. Just brilliant thank you, l really thought that l had to chuck but now l can wear My comfy sandals oh well next year 😉
