Needed a key cut and the staff member was interrogating me to get a high security key cut and needed two weeks to get the blank. Got a whole new cylinder which took 5 min to change with 3 keys from eBay for £15 compared to the £40 quoted by them for one key.

My key fob was not recognised by my car. Jeep dealer advised to go to Timpson as the first option as issue could be due to battery... Was served by a friend helpful and perfession assistant. He understood the possible problem, explained possible actions. I went off for 20 minutes as shop was busy. On my return he explained and showed me failed battery test and new battery performance. Then went onto give advice about ulternating my car key fob every 6 months for optimum key/car memory and performance. 10/10 for excellent... read more
I only went in to buy a shoe spray and inner soles but the service from both gentlemen was impeccable.
Very rude member of staff. I didn’t like that it when a member of staff called me mate when I corrected him he didn’t apologise but purposely called me mate again. It may not seem a lot, but he was very disrespectful.
