Charming man who when we asked for a new battery very patiently explained it was self winding no battery then showed us how to look after the watch which was my fathers! Clearly knows his stuff and was really lovely.
Michael was incredibly helpful and efficient in replacing my watch strap. He found one very similar to my old strap, which I was really pleased about, and offered great advice on everything I asked. The whole job was done within half an hour, with very reasonable pricing and excellent value for money. He even added extra holes in the strap so it fit perfectly. Truly fantastic service — highly recommend the team at Timpson Brent Cross; they really go above and beyond!

Every time i visit this place i have both the best experience and the worst depending on who is working there. There is a white British guy who is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to help, and everything goes smooth. But there is also another guy who is the complete opposite. Rude, passive aggressive with everyone, and not willing to do the slightest to assist. And he does it with everyone who visits the shop while I am there.
