Replaced a watch battery ! They couldn’t do the other watch has they didn’t have the correct tools for some luxury brands. Repair done within the hour .
Popped in for a watch battery replacement under guarantee. Was advised of 30 mins lead time and had to leave due to time constraints. Watch was placed near the counter which l feel wasn't safe. Decided to go to a different branch.
