Outstanding customer service from Harry at the Timpsons branch in Walsall in the Saddler Centre. He was competent, friendly and cut the keys perfectly. He talked me through the process and explained current offers , which benefited me as a customer. As a result of this excellent level of customer service, I will be returning to get keys cut in the future. Great member of staff for a company to have working for them!!!
Brian was absolutey lovely. He took his time to ask me about my day and was able to process my order very quickly all with great conversation and a great smile on his face
one month ago I changed my car key cover, the guy gives me best one and he changed me 50 pounds. now my car key cover peel out and he refused to change it, and he asked me for receipt I already paid 50 pounds, I don't have receipt and that guy says this car key cover doesn't belong to his shop , he lied front of me. that's really disappointing for the service. Replaced a watch battery ! They couldn’t do the other watch has they didn’t have the correct tools for some luxury brands. Repair done within the hour .
