one month ago I changed my car key cover, the guy gives me best one and he changed me 50 pounds. now my car key cover peel out and he refused to change it, and he asked me for receipt I already paid 50 pounds, I don't have receipt and that guy says this car key cover doesn't belong to his shop , he lied front of me. that's really disappointing for the service. Replaced a watch battery ! They couldn’t do the other watch has they didn’t have the correct tools for some luxury brands. Repair done within the hour .
Popped in for a watch battery replacement under guarantee. Was advised of 30 mins lead time and had to leave due to time constraints. Watch was placed near the counter which l feel wasn't safe. Decided to go to a different branch.
