Went in on Xmas eve, took my own ford barrel car key in with my spare to get a replacement blade cut. V v good service. Took 10 minutes to do. V reasonable price. Polite, quick and efficient. Couldn't ask for more.
Probably the worst consumer experience I have ever had fuelled by arrogant and objective manner of the guy who cut a key for me. He had cut a key for me which did not work and after close inspection it was clear to all that the key was not right with the center lug about half the width of the one copied. When I returned to complain he said it was because the key he copied was worn, however the key that I needed copied was a chub key that came with a lock that had only been installed 6 months previously. DO NOT USE FOR DRY CLEANING!!! THEY LOSE YOUR CLOTHES AND DO NOT OFFER COMPENSATION!!! I dropped my expensive winter coat into the Christchurch Branch before Christmas to get dry cleaned. I went back to collect a week later, and they have given my coat to someone else!!! I had the collection ticket, yet they gave it to a complete stranger who did not have a ticket, and then failed to take down any of his/her details!!!
