Received outstanding service from the young manager / assistant at this store last Thursday. He was extremely helpful regarding a car key cutting and he gave us a very interesting insight into the company & it's excellent charity work. Please pass on our thanks to him. A great credit to Timpsons.

Having managed to snap the blade of my (only!) van key 24 hours before leaving on a trip, I was very grateful to receive such excellent, friendly and efficient service from Andy at the Market Harborough store in sorting a replacement. Additionally, Josh, the following week, programmed me a spare and was extremely helpful. Thanks again, it made what could have been a stressful time much easier!
Great service from the gentleman in Timpsons. My watch strap had broken due to a spring pin failure. He replaced the pin in a few minutes and did not charge for the service, suggesting I contributed to the charity box, which I was more than happy to do. What a pleasure to discover this old fashioned customer based attitude is still alive and kicking. Great.
