Today James went above and beyond to help me replace a battery in my watch. The previous place had made a poor job of replacement, and hadn't waterproofed the watch after changing the battery. He also managed to repair a further watch for me that l had given up as unwearable. Thank you!
This is a very convenient place with fully knowledgeable and very professional people The very first time that i visited this store i left with a very big smile on my face. A young gentleman (called Philip if i remember the name) was super fast and very welcoming member of staff I will not hesitate to recommend this store in the future
We brought our toddler's splints to be looked at as the rubber soles were peeling off leaving her unable to walk and we couldn't get her into the hospital to fix them. Scott and James were extremely understanding and helpful and re-glued the soles on for us with no issue. They are very sturdy and my daughter can now get about without us having to worry about her slipping and hurting herself. Amazing customer service, will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!
