I don’t recall ever going to a Timpsons and coming away disappointed - even when they cannot fix my problem, their advice helps me find a solution. A phenomenal company that has really worked out how to provide competence, common sense and courtesy at a very fair price point. Today they saved me roughly £500 hence the gushing review!!
I took a coat to be dry cleaned on a whim as it was the only dry cleaners open on a Sunday nearby. The staff seemed a bit generally annoyed with all the customers but was polite when serving me. I was told I'd get a text when my coat was ready to collect, but returned exactly a week later to chase it up as I hadn't received a text. My husband took our shoes to be re -heeled, I recieved a shock. It was 34 for my husband's and 18 for a simple tiny heel. Needless to say I won't be visiting again....way too over priced.
I saw Harry today. What a lovely helpful person. Great customer service and goes the extra mile. Timpson's have a great employee there. A1!!!!
