⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at the Timpsons near Asda in Runcorn thanks to a member of staff called Steve. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly from the moment I walked in. I needed another key cutting aswell as a battery for my car key and he did it super quickly while still taking the time to explain the different services Timpsons offers. I had a pair of boots soled and heeled yesterday by Steve and he did an amazing job, I was very impressed with his work and his customer service skills. He also repaired, free of charge, a handbag strap which had only recently been very poorly repaired by another member of staff at a cost of £12 . Well done Steve, you're an excellent shoe repairer and a credit to Timpsons.

Went in for car key battery replacement. Steve was professional and even explained what the metal key was for in the middle which we didn't know. Great service.

Called in to my local Timpson for a shoe repair. The person in the shop was very helpful and very knowledgeable and did a good job. I also asked about replacing a faulty car key fob, I did not realise there was so much choice with car fobs but everything was explained. Well worth the visit
