I am very sorry. So very sorry I have to say this. I am a woman. We love shoes, so this comes from my heart. THE BEST IN TOWN, that's what Timpson is. I made a mistake one day at home by placing my dirty trainers in a washing machine. The glue gone and my shoes looked like a crocodile with open mouth. I lost hope. Great service here, unlike Gerrards Cross, the two people I saw last weekend were both polite and the person who cut my, difficult, key was very friendly and offered a really good customer service (again unlike Gerrards Cross!).

Great service from Lee in Uxbridge Sainsbury's branch, replacing my car key fob battery. Took about 2 minutes there and then very happy with the service and lifetime replacement scheme
Visited the Uxbridge store in Sainsburys, after getting a key cut in a different branch that didn’t work. Malik recut the key, was really friendly and helpful service. Would definitely come back again.
