⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful experience at Timpson in Uxbridge. The shop owner went above and beyond to help us, showing genuine care and professionalism throughout. What stood out was that he kindly stayed open past closing time to make sure everything was sorted for us, which we truly appreciated. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and customer service nowadays. Thank you again for your help, it made a stressful situation easier. Highly recommended!
Visited the Uxbridge store in Sainsburys, after getting a key cut in a different branch that didn’t work. Malik recut the key, was really friendly and helpful service. Would definitely come back again.
Great service from Lee in Uxbridge Sainsbury's branch, replacing my car key fob battery. Took about 2 minutes there and then very happy with the service and lifetime replacement scheme
Tan shoes taken in for new heel, on collection it was clear brown paint had been liberally plastered all over the heel and sole sides this had then been transfered to the leather upper I presume when finishing them for collection. 2 months later both heels are falling off. Shoes pretty much ruined so bought a new pair. Would definitely never use this place again.
I am very sorry. So very sorry I have to say this. I am a woman. We love shoes, so this comes from my heart. THE BEST IN TOWN, that's what Timpson is. I made a mistake one day at home by placing my dirty trainers in a washing machine. The glue gone and my shoes looked like a crocodile with open mouth. I lost hope.
