This shoe repairman is awful and a scam. I don't recommend anyone go to him. I sent him a pair of Timberland boots to get them repaired. He said he could fix them, did his work, and told me they were ready to wear. He said if anything went wrong, I should just come back and he'd fix them again. He even asked me to rate him and give him an excellent rating, which I did. The next day, I tried to wear the boots, and they tore again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful experience at Timpson in Uxbridge. The shop owner went above and beyond to help us, showing genuine care and professionalism throughout. What stood out was that he kindly stayed open past closing time to make sure everything was sorted for us, which we truly appreciated. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and customer service nowadays. Thank you again for your help, it made a stressful situation easier. Highly recommended!
Visited the Uxbridge store in Sainsburys, after getting a key cut in a different branch that didn’t work. Malik recut the key, was really friendly and helpful service. Would definitely come back again.
Great service from Lee in Uxbridge Sainsbury's branch, replacing my car key fob battery. Took about 2 minutes there and then very happy with the service and lifetime replacement scheme
Tan shoes taken in for new heel, on collection it was clear brown paint had been liberally plastered all over the heel and sole sides this had then been transfered to the leather upper I presume when finishing them for collection. 2 months later both heels are falling off. Shoes pretty much ruined so bought a new pair. Would definitely never use this place again.
