Just used their phone trade in (via Music Magpie) and couldn’t fault the process! Straightforward and very prompt with payment too (5 mins).
Took 2 Curtains in on 7/10/25 for cleaning was charged £90 I collected them 22/10/25 they were no different and were sent back. On 3/11/25 I again went to collect them no changeand was to that they could'nt do them and was offered a return of %50 for doing nothing and was told to contact customer services buthe couldnt find the number. Neither could I on the web (they obviously dont want to offer any service or deal with complaints
Had a snapped key went to Caerphilly ASDA and within moments the snapped key had been removed and 2 x replacements made. Can’t thank Mat enough for a great service.
Advertised as open until 6PM. However arrived at 5:48 and the shop was clearly closed for the day.
