Suraj replaced the soles of my favourite horse riding boots, adding a reinforced sole. He cleaned them and they looked good as new after- thanks so much!

My favourite shoes were reheeled whilst I waited. Suraj was very pleasant and super curteous. Cheaper and quicker than the high street, so will be only using Suraj based at Sainsbury’s Hythe in future.

I had a hole in my leather backpack. The shoe repair shop said it probably wasn’t fixable. I brought it to Suraj at Timpons and he fixed it perfectly, matching the colour, really neat stitching. You would have to look really carefully to know it was ever damaged. Thank you Suraj, you are an exemplary craftsman!

Suraj in Hythe Timpson cobblers he is ingenious he has resurrected boots last winter and my sandals this summer Other cobblers refused to tackle them but Suraj had such special techniques He is a credit to your company .So polite welcoming and distinguished He was in the Canterbury Sainsbury branch but moved to Hythe to be closer to wear he lives .I enquired where my favourite cobbler was and was delighted to learn he was in Hythe .I have recommended him to so many people .

I visited Timsons in Hythe to buy a replacement watchstrap because the leather strap I purchased there last year had rotted. I was served by Suraj who couldn’t have been more helpful. He suggested a metal strap which he fitted and adjusted swiftly and expertly - he is a polite, friendly and able member of staff who Timsons are lucky to employ.
