Extremely poor service and lack of customer care. I dropped up a suede shoe to be fixed, when I went to collect the shoe 5 days later, the fella working behind the counter couldn’t find my shoe at first and then minutes later found the shoe behind some boxes. Shoe still not fixed and left filthy. I took back the shoe, no apology given or explanation as to why the shoe wasn’t fixed or why it was shoved behind some old boxes. I definitely will not be going to this business again and I would advise anyone else not to bother.
