Absolutely brilliant service from Pooja at Hatfield Road Timpsons in Morrisons in St Albans! I needed my suit done the same day for an event and she got it sorted for that afternoon. Such great customer service from her and Timpsons!

Dress to be pressed by Wednesday, arrive this morning to collect, not ready, being pressed as I wait! In a real rush, lots to do before our so. Gets married tomorrow. It’s now fresh with steam so will re crease more easily… £15 for a 10 minute press…. Not impressed at all, very poor customer service that has added more stress to my day.
