I had a 'failed' pair of shoes with velcro fastenings: the velcro had stopped functioning. I was served by Ant - on his first day at the Biddulph shop: he redesigned the shoes for me, turning them into very acceptable trainers.. He was efficient, courteous, friendly, and reliable. I shall be using Biddulph Timpsons as often as I can in future. Well done, Ant - thankyou. You're a star!
