Westhill Aberdeen Employee Nife was incredibly patient, professional and helpful. Great addition to your team
Absolutely above and beyond service from Mark and Nife. Had an issue with car keys that no one else could solve, they fixed in ten minutes, were able to problem solve a particular issue related to unusual sizing and were unfailing polite, kind and understanding of the experience whilst absolutely going above and beyond. One of the best customer services interactions I have had in years. Massive thanks and amazing work
The service was quick and effective. The man was polite and it was in general a good experience.
Great service, friendly staff
Fantastic. Went in for a couple of holes to be added to my belt. Both staff friendly. Took no time at all. Highly recommend.
Mark and Nife are 2 amazing guys , professional quick and great job
Friendly efficient service happy to recommend
Ryan was brilliant!
Thank you Ryan - quick repair done as I waited on my sandal strap. Although no blue thread for blue leather Ryan did the repair so well it was perfect, even with black! Thank you
