Great service from Steven at Airdrie Morrisons. Went to collect several watches and he spotted that the person who did the job hadn't been able to replace the battery- this was expected as the watch is a nightmare that several other workers at Timpsons and other jewelry shops have been stumped by. Steven said he spotted something about it and had an idea. Before I even finished the short drive home he phoned to say it was done and ready to collect. The watch was basically useless until now. What an experience Broke my key went in at 10am collected it at 1130 Took too it to my car it unlocked and started it car so I was chuffed Carried on with my day till 5pm Went back to car and it started the car then car turned off wouldn't start (was in safe mode) Ran back to the shop To be told it must be a fault with my car showed them the fault code from my car that it was the key Then I was helped (the staff member went above and beyond) Took me to my car tried the key PUSHED IT OUT THE CAR PARK THAT WAS CLOSING AT 7PM ... read more
