Really pleased with the fantastic service from Ben - Timpson staff who served me this morning. He was friendly, helpful and professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted properly, completely opposite to the service received from the guy who was there on Wednesday 2nd September- that guy was rude and made me feel uncomfortable to the point that I didn’t want to go back in, but when I saw that he was not there I went in, and glad that I did and got served by Ben. Thank you Ben.
Andy was absolutely fabulous.i literally turned up at closing and made sure I could get everything I needed to help me out Nothing was too much to ask thank you so much ☺️
Went down to Clifford Bridge Timpsons today to get an urgent key cut. Was served by the very helpful and friendly Andy. Brilliant service and very quick! Top notch bloke and a credit to the company!
Man at Tesco Walsgrave booth was very helpful as I tried to use auto kiosk 1042 BQ Binley The machine took my payment then didn't provide any keys He told me didn't get payment / sale for rectifying problem which is unfair Will use him rather than machine in future
