When I was locked out of my car, I was coming up blank until a local locksmith suggested Jamie. He quickly accepted the job, kept in touch before he arrived with regular communication and, when he arrived, quickly and efficiently got me into the car. He was even able to fix my key for me. Friendly and helpful, Jamie was a bright presence on a bad day.

Fantastic service. I had originally ordered a generic (not manufacturers branded) key to be a third key for our household, following our children passing their driving tests. While the software seemed happy mapping two keys to the car, it seemed to struggle with three. James took full ownership of the problem, and upgraded to a manufacturers key to get this working. James came to us to program us a new key for our Fiat 500x. He was absolutely brilliant every step of the way and was only let down by Arnold Clark in Broxburn who refused to give him the access code even though it was my car (showed all documents). James explained to them himself that this hadn't happened in 15 years but they wouldn't listen to reason. He'd spent the morning and some of the afternoon with us and couldn't gave been kinder about the situation. Will definitely be contacting him in the future.

Great service. James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, reprogrammed my Honda key fob in minutes. Other Glasgow auto locksmith’s informed me that it was impossible to do. Clearly not the case. Thanks James, you saved me several hundred pounds!

I was helped by James Hamilton. I phoned James around 9:30am and my issue was resolved before midday. James showed a proactive approach in identifying at speed my issue and was able to resolve this issue immediately by coming to me and assisting me when I needed it most. James is incredibly professional and reliable, top service from a top person and a real asset to Timpsons!
