Curtis Lightfoot from Timpsons security was fantastic. We needed urgent help with the back door in my late grandmothers house. The house was being viewed and we needed someone to come beforehand. Exceptional service all round from Timpson Mobile Locksmiths earlier today. It’s pretty traumatic finding you're locked out of your home - especially with two dogs locked inside! But Call Handling were efficient and reassuring and I felt I was in safe hands. I really appreciated Curtis ringing to say he was on his way in less time than originally estimated, and the efficient and professional way he analysed and sorted the problem was first class. I called at 10am between Christmas and New Years with an issue that our front door handle wouldn’t budge effectively locking us inside. Curtis Lightfoot was here same day and fit us a new door mechanism with 3x new keys, which works smoother than our original lock did. Couldn’t have asked for better service
