Curtis Lightfoot from Timpsons security was fantastic. We needed urgent help with the back door in my late grandmothers house. The house was being viewed and we needed someone to come beforehand. I called at 10am between Christmas and New Years with an issue that our front door handle wouldn’t budge effectively locking us inside. Curtis Lightfoot was here same day and fit us a new door mechanism with 3x new keys, which works smoother than our original lock did. Couldn’t have asked for better service
