Curtis Lightfoot attended our property to fix our patio door lock. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue which wasn't a easy task. He made sure it was resolved before he left and he is a asset to your business. Highly recommend.

Curtis Lightfoot from Timpsons security was fantastic. We needed urgent help with the back door in my late grandmothers house. The house was being viewed and we needed someone to come beforehand. My husband tried everything to try and open it but failed. We were worried about the security of the house but didn’t need to worry. Exceptional service all round from Timpson Mobile Locksmiths earlier today. It’s pretty traumatic finding you're locked out of your home - especially with two dogs locked inside! But Call Handling were efficient and reassuring and I felt I was in safe hands. I really appreciated Curtis ringing to say he was on his way in less time than originally estimated, and the efficient and professional way he analysed and sorted the problem was first class.
