The whole service from booking to completion was extremely easy and Timpsons are trustworthy. Popped in for a new pair of shoe laces. Raj was excellent, good advice, got me the right product in seconds, fitted the shoe laces and even gave my shoes a quick buff/shine too before my event. Legend and excellent customer service. Thanks Raj!

Excellent customer service. Will discussed all lock options and provided a quote for the work. He worked quickly and did a fabulous job of changing the lock. Would definitely recommend.
