Timpsons had someone assigned to help me wishing 48 hours of calling (non emergency situation). Noel arrived to do the job and was super helpful and informative throughout the process, fixed our issue in no time! Would reccomend :)

I had two pairs of boots heeled and resoled and was extremely satisfied with the overall results. The staff offer great friendly service. They are very knowledgeable and take extremely good care of their customers. As soon as my boots were ready they rang me to advise me. Parking is great and I was in and out with no fuss.

Excellent service would definitely recommend. Attended within a couple of hours, clean, polite, skilled..secured our lock, ordered parts, attended next day, fixed !! Could not ask for better service. Thanks Simon 😊
