Absolutely thrilled with In Time in Bromley! I've been putting off getting my watch strap fixed for months, dreading the potential cost and hassle. Every time I've enquired at jewellers in the past, the standard response has been that it needs sending back to the manufacturer, which always comes with a hefty price tag and a long wait. Searched for alternative retailers to change my battery as usually take my watch to Goldsmiths. The watch is a divers Breitling so needs to be sealed with special equipment. Raymond was professional, friendly and obviously knowledgeable. He talked me through their process and a colleague of his (John) sealed the watch and changed the battery. Went in for just a battery change and came out with a watch that looked and formed practically like brand new. Brilliant and friendly customer service from beginning to end. Very happy and will definitely use them again in the future.
