I called Tim's Towing a couple of months ago because I had a tumbler/ignition issue on my 011 Kia Sorento EX. The malfunction was caused by a faulty key made by a fly-by-night locksmith & damaged my ignition. The dispatcher sent Danielle to my aid! I was surprised to see a female show up!
