THIEVES!! They’ll take your deposit no matter what! FYI: My partner and I were perfect tenants that left the apt in the same condition we received it in. We even did a thorough, last-day-cleaning of every room. They tell you, we’ll do the walk through when you leave and if everything is good you should receive your initial deposit in the mail in 30-60days. But they never intend to give you your deposit.
