She has been great the two times I have seen her. She provides very person-centered care and is a good listener. She is empathetic and focused on helping alleviate your symptoms, not just finding out what is wrong with you. If you have problems or anxiety around pelvic exams/pap smears, she shared she has past experience as a SANE (forensic nurse examiner for SA victims), which probably made it the most quick, painless and supportive exam I’ve had. Coming in as a new patient to meet Tina Bossolono- Williams, NP, I was a little unsettled. My appointment was at 1PM, with arrival time of 12:30pm. I got there 10 minutes early, only to be greeted by a yellow post it note that read “Receptionist back at 11:15AM. I arrived at 12:20PM. Dr. Williams is very personable and professional, she actually listens to my concerns along with answering and addressing any and all of my questions about procedures, prescriptions, as well as prescription refills.
