I saw Tina for about a year. She always seemed annoyed and put out when speaking with me. Completely apathetic and disengaged. I missed one appointment and not only did she charge me a fee but she had the office tell me she wouldn’t be working with me anymore. Hello? You are a MENTAL HEATHCARE PROVIDER!? Stay clear of Tina Hendricks, NP. Her affect is flat, her communication is cold, and the entire interaction felt odd and impersonal. I work in healthcare, and I know what patient care and professionalism should look like this was the opposite. I was delayed by the operating room and called to let them know I’d be a few minutes late. I arrived only eight minutes late, yet she refused to see me, even with more than 20 minutes still left in the appointment, and then wanted to charge me for a reschedule.
