I saw Tina for about a year. She always seemed annoyed and put out when speaking with me. Completely apathetic and disengaged. I missed one appointment and not only did she charge me a fee but she had the office tell me she wouldn’t be working with me anymore. Hello? You are a MENTAL HEATHCARE PROVIDER!? Stay clear of Tina Hendricks, NP. Her affect is flat, her communication is cold, and the entire interaction felt odd and impersonal. I work in healthcare, and I know what patient care and professionalism should look like this was the opposite. I was delayed by the operating room and called to let them know I’d be a few minutes late. I arrived only eight minutes late, yet she refused to see me, even with more than 20 minutes still left in the appointment, and then wanted to charge me for a reschedule. I cannot recommend Tina enough. After feeling like my mental health needs weren’t being fully addressed by a previous provider, I began searching for someone new and found Tina. My experience with Tina was nothing short of amazing. She listened to my concerns/history and was able to provide a treatment plan that fit my needs. I could not think of a better professional to have looking after my health.

You’ll be treated well and they have a friendly UI for appts/fees. I wish appointments were longer than 15-30 minutes, i don’t feel that’s enough time to establish a baseline for mental health but thats more of an American Healthcare problem. This specific practice does very well though and they will accommodate if you require more time
