Tim took a $2,000.00 deposit for a pool liner and never provided services or refund. Hired an attorney to file a lawsuit and leave n against Tim and his business. Absolutely unprofessional and also a scam artist.
I appreciate how they stood behind their work and product. They were responsive and ensured my satisfaction.
If there was less than a 1 that’s what I would give it...We have been waiting for over 3 weeks for our pool to be opened...I called on a Tuesday they assured it would be the following week then the following week it would be done by Friday then Friday came and went, I called the office and talked to someone asked if she could find out where we were on the list and she said she would call me back and never did...I called back again she said my paper work was gone she assumed it would be done that week and we’re still waiting,... read more
They obviously don't want your business. Just bought a home with a pool and I know nothing, so I called them to set an appointment up and get a quote and it's been over a week and still nothing. Very unprofessional.
Very nice people good workers put beautiful new liner in and put a new winter cover and having them open the pool to. Would always use Tim and his great workers
