It's very clean. Love the communication with office. Needs road repair but you can drive around the potholes. The wifi goes in and out. The rent is all inclusive. We have on site laundry room. It could use to be bigger. Ĺakisha in the office is very nice and easy to deal with. I enjoy meeting our neighbors. The trees are pretty and very pet friendly. It's worth it to be here.

Our tenants provided feedback on the roads, and although we have been working diligently for some time now to make that happen, we are finally and proudly displaying “roadwork ahead” signs! The process may be disruptive, but our tenants deserve the investment in providing upgrades to the community.
Question # 4 is wrong I don't like much anything about this place. Somethings are fine some things feel half-assed considering these buildings pay for themselves being rented for 6 months. The rest is revenue.. Reinvest.
Although many homes, it is not noisy at all. I love the fact they keep the grounds up

I absolutely love living here. It is close to lots of amenities in Picayune and Slidell and my tiny home is very cozy in a safe neighborhood. The neighbors are quiet and very nice. It's a great place to walk or bike or just let your kids hang out outside and not have to worry about too much of anything happening. It's pet friendly and the maintenance team is very quick to fix anything that could come up. Give it a shot and come check it out you won't regret it
