Just a normal cheap apartment. The bed room that has a bathroom in it smells like some one has been smoking in it!! Just north Dakotas apartments and hotels at there best.🚬 And not enough lights!!! We're not in a bar
Very clean property. Safe place to live. We live in Texas but my husband is there working so it was difficult to find a place to live not knowing anything about ND. When we found Tioga Apartments it was a blessing. The employees were amazing and made sure we got everything we needed. They responded to all questions efficiently even on their day off. The maintenance personnel is also amazing they made sure my husband had all the furniture he needed. We don't have anything bad to say about them. I would defiantly refer friends... read more
It’s very hard to get ahold of anyone to start the move in process after an application gets accepted. The apartment still had issues once I finally got moved in. I only received the keys no move in packet like I was told on the phone, still haven’t got a move in checklist after a week of living here as well as no mailbox key or a timeframe when I will receive one. Communication definitely needs work no one is in any rush to get things done.
Horrible Management, it takes days or weeks even to get in touch with anyone.
Getting someone on the phone to start was difficult but once I connected with someone it was a smooth and pleasurable experience and so far I love it here!
