Explaining why things are being done would be better. I asked 3 times why I need impressions taken of my teeth and I left still not knowing the answer. It did not make me feel comfortable and seemed very unnecessary. I usually have a good trip to Tioga but this one was not as enjoyable and I felt like I was getting the run around.

Met Latrice for the first time she was excellent. Wish I could come during the day for appointments. Always great service when I come in. Wouldnt change a thing.

I inquired about dental insurance for 2015. Apparently Tioga Dental has not yet decided as to what plans it will accept as being "in network". This poses a problem for me as the Federal Open Season ends on Monday, December 8, 2014. It would be beneficial if Tioga Dental could determine what insurance plans it will participate in during the month of November. As it stands now, I am unable to make an informed decision.
