I called with an emergency situation and the first person I talked with made me feel very comfortable with this practice. Everyone was so thoughtful and caring during the entire procedure. They made room for me when I needed it the most. I was made comfortable during the treatment (approximately two and a half hours) with absolutely no pain. I have found my dental care home!!
The facility is extremely confortable. The staff is pleasant and courteous. I always enjoy coming to Tioga for my teeth cleaning.
I had had an extreme dentist phobia for decades and had ignored what I knew were major issues until I could avoid them no more. I am so lucky to have found Tioga Dental. The staff could not have been more empathetic and kind to me. I went in in pain, full of embarrassment, and terrified. If I could rate it a 0/5 I would.Waited 30 min in the lobby past my scheduled appt time only to find out they scheduled someone in my place because I didn’t answer the phone when they called to confirm the appt. They failed to mention any of that when I checked in so I sat there and wasted my time. Second appt issue I have had with them and both times waited a long time.
All they are worried about is bottom line! They over sold what they could do & tried to charge me additional fees, which got corrected after I supplied a written estimate & raised hell after pulling a loan for the original estimate. Staffing was awesome but as far as head of the office, she has a real attitude especially when you go elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. No clue about the dentists/orthodontists themselves. Never got to them because of lack of knowledge from reception and whoever handles the phones. My dental insurance through the school board is not the best and dentists keep dropping the plan I have. My wife told them this when we made an appointment for my daughter for the orthodontist. They said they checked and they took it. I was unsure, so throughout the week before we went she called three other times and confirmed they took the plan we are on (called to reschedule ... read more
