If these property managers were my employees I would fire them all, including the air bnb management. Don’t expect a response from them by phone, text messages, or emails. It will be days or weeks before they get back. Horrible management!!
The apartment manager, Ashley, has been very quick to respond to my changing move-date. Also, when an issue with the rent amount arose it was quickly fixed.
So professional and courteous manager Ashley Rios made me feel at home immediately. Secure and comfortable are the best words to describe.
The maintenance staff is excellent and have been fixing the things that matter. I'm happy to be here and starting this new journey with them
