****UPDATE: It took the Factory guys that were sent out, about a month to finally fix all of our issues. The first company that was sent, just made things worse. They finally sent us a guy who knew what he was doing. He did a good job fixing most of the issue. We had a large crack in our ceiling, he was "approved" to fix the crack which meant he taped and floated the 2 ceiling panels, which looked great. However, now we have one large section thats taped and floated, and the rest of our ceiling now doesn't match. We have alr... read more
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Do not let Titian talk you into in a drive ..etc. i paid them 33000 dollars for nothing. they say the guarantee the work, until something goes wrong and then they will ghost you or pawn you off on others. I just had my home installed less than less than three years ago and I have had to spend an additional 6000 dollars replace what the had installed or repair the work the did. The just want you money and the provide you subpar work. The were very dishonest with me.
RecommendedPurchased a home from them about a year ago. First of all, the GM is a liar. Second, my salesman that I bought the home from, was a fake. I bought into all the lies. Fast forward a few months and the home leaks from rain. Took weeks to get help. The GM nor the salesman cared. It was my first ever home purchase and I deeply regret buying from them. Would recommend going elsewhere. Warren and Peter. 5 thumbs down. Thanks for screwing me over.
