Titan was FANTASTIC! Not only were they prompt and able to do to so my inspection when we needed it, but they explained the process up front and provided a narrative on their findings. It was easy for me to understand and I know they were being thorough because they even identified areas they looked at but had no findings to report. I highly recommend them.
I wanted to go back and change my original review. Brian, the owner of Titan Services, contacted me to make things right. He was very kind and sincere in wanting to remedy the issue. I believe it shows a lot that he went the extra mile, and I do appreciate it a lot! Home buying can be a stressful process, but it is good to know that they will try their best to make things as smooth as possible.
They did a great job inspecting the new house we just bought which is a new build. The inspector found a few things that I was grateful to have fixed before we close. I even brought my dad to the inspection and he was impressed answering all my dad’s questions!
