Worst experience ever. The 5×5 units are 12 ft up in the air and aren't behind the security gate. They tried to make it right but I needed that space while I was moving and couldn't even use it. And there isn't anyone there or an office.

These guys are great, we’re able to get me in the same day I called. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I was so great impressed with the man working the desk the day we moved. The prices are actually pretty great. They were cheaper than several other places I contacted. Mike and myself are about the same age and have similar interests. We chit chatted for a few minutes while Mike showed me the unit and that was the end of it. I say that because I suffer from Lyme disease and no longer have my old strength. I was in need of storage quickly due to an unexpected move. Mike was a life saver and got me into a unit same day with prompt, kind. and amazing customer service if you need storage I absolutely recommend Gordon's.
