Worst experience ever. The 5×5 units are 12 ft up in the air and aren't behind the security gate. They tried to make it right but I needed that space while I was moving and couldn't even use it. And there isn't anyone there or an office.

BEWARE OF THIS SELF STORAGE COMPANY!!!!!!! My mother has a unit at Titan Self Storage in Kelso, WA she passed away and I have been trying to deal with this company. I call, they say they are taking notes and will have someone call me back. No one ever calls back. When I called again I'm told that there are no notes on the account. I was told that I have to make an appt. to see someone about this and same thing they will contact appropriate person and call me back. No one ever calls back. These guys are great, we’re able to get me in the same day I called. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I was so great impressed with the man working the desk the day we moved. The prices are actually pretty great. They were cheaper than several other places I contacted. Mike and myself are about the same age and have similar interests. We chit chatted for a few minutes while Mike showed me the unit and that was the end of it. I say that because I suffer from Lyme disease and no longer have my old strength. I was in need of storage quickly due to an unexpected move. Mike was a life saver and got me into a unit same day with prompt, kind. and amazing customer service if you need storage I absolutely recommend Gordon's.
