BAD! After planning with them , they fell off radar at the gate and left us in the burning in the hot sun for 1.5 hours with our tow truck!!? .these people don't respect your time. Uncouth, unprofessional and unethical!. We literally paid $180.to tow our camper there for nothing! Zero accountability! Reporting to the better business bureau

In response to the reply Titan Self Storage left on my google review; You guys were extremely UNhelpful. I had to call the Titan Self Storage in Washington to tell them I couldn't get a hold of your number because no one picked up or called back. The way you choose to do business is shady and unethical, quite the norm for most storage places around here, but you won't be getting my business. I hope that others don't make the mistake of storing here and losing their belongings.
